Here is how this works in practice. We carry out detailed tech site surveys that give a production department a precise picture of each location before scheduling commitments are made. Our survey teams check the factors that decide whether a location works: power openings and the need for power packs, car access and parking, the ambient sound environment, lighting conditions and the direction of the quick tropical dawn and dusk, and any safety or logistical constraint.

We document each site with measurements, photography and clear notes, and we flag the Thailand-specific challenges that affect planning — temple precincts where filming must respect Buddhist routines and the deep respect owed to images of the Buddha, the heat and rain exposure of open coastal sites, the dense traffic that complicates access and gear moves in Bangkok. The resulting survey reports give the cinematographer, gaffer, sound and production teams the tech detail they need to plan an efficient, problem-free shoot.
